All prices on the website include Danish sales tax and other fees. Prices are subject to change.

You can view past orders by logging on to the website. Just click on Order Status in the left side menu and enter the required log-on information, e.g. e-mail address, password, order number, and order code.
PAYMENT
www.hornvarefabrikken.dk accepts the following payment methods:

- MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, JCB, Diners, and American Express

Payments on www.hornvarefabrikken.dk are subject to fees:
- Dankort (DKK 1.45 per transaction + 0.10 % of total amount)
- Visa-Dankort (DKK 1.45 per transaction + 0.10 % of total amount)
- Visa Electron (1,25 % af det samlede transaktionsbeløb)
- Other credit cards issued in Denmark, e.g. MasterCard, Maestro, JCB, Diners, and American Express (1.25% of total amount)
- Other foreign credit cards, e.g. MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB, and American Express (3.75% of total amount)
The data you send when you pay with your credit card is encrypted (SSL) and can only be red by the credit card authority. No one else, including www.hornfabrikken.dk, can read the data.
The payment is not withdraw from you account until the items are sent from www.hornfabrikken.dk. It is impossible to withdraw a larger amount than what you have approved at the point of sale.
Advance payment by bank transfer is NOT possible. Only credit card payments.
You may pay in advance if you are a business.
DELIVERY IN EU
Delivery cost is EURO starts with 7,5 incl. Danish sales tax. Delivery is free if your order total exceeds EURO 100.00. All letters and packages will be delivered by Post Danmark or their local partners. All orders submitted before noon CET will be sent out on the same day, if the products are in stock.
Delivery costs for Companies with a valid VAT-number are 10 EUR without tax.
CANCELLATION
MERRY CHRISTMAS: We extend the right to return to March 1st 2023
YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR ORDER FROM WWW.HORNVAREFABRIKKEN.DK WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF PURCHASE.
CANCELLATION IS POSSIBLE PROVIDED THAT THE ITEM IS RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AND PROPORTION. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCELLATION IS VOIDED IF YOU USE THE ITEM IN A WAY THAT CLEARLY REDUCES ITS VALUE.
WHEN USING YOUR RIGHT TO CANCELLATION, YOU MUST PAY FOR THE RETURN OF THE ITEM. SEND YOUR ITEM TO:

WHEN YOU CANCEL YOUR ORDER, THE PRICE OF PURCHASE IS OF COURSE RETURNED TO YOU. THE AMOUNT IS RETURNED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED THE ITEM BACK AND CHECKED THAT IT MEETS THE TERMS OF THE CANCELLATION POLICY.
THIS PROCESS CAN BE EXPEDITED IF YOU INCLUDE FULL INFORMATION WITH THE PACKAGE – E.G. A COPY OF YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION, BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION, COPIES OF PRIOR CORRESPONDENCE ETC.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT RECEIPT OF PACKAGES SENT CASH ON DELIVERY.
WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU RETURN THE ITEM IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR SIMILAR SECURE PACKAGING, AS HORN GOODS MAY BE BREAKABLE IN TRANSIT.
WARRANTY
You have a 24 month warranty period for items purchased from www.hornvarefabrikken.dk, starting from the day you receive your package. This means that you may be eligible for a repair, replacement, refund, or price deduction as the case may be. The warranty is conditioned on a legitimate claim of a defect that is not caused by improper use of the item or other harmful behaviour.
You must make your claim within a reasonable period after becoming aware of the defect.
If your claim is justified, we will refund any reasonable shipping costs that you may incurred when you returned the item.
