This product is made of black horn. Therefore, a lot of people mistakenly believe that it is made out of plastic and do not wish to buy it. But the comb is neither made of plastic nor is there anything wrong with it - it is simply just black, which means the color is almost black as there may still be small shades of color variation in the horn.
