Description

2024 Bird in horn Pair is a small bird representing a dove of peace. Sara has designed a peace dove to remind us that we are responsible for peace and coexistence. The bird is mounted on a metal wire and a horn base. You can also use them as turtledoves, symbolizing love and unity.

The designer on the product...
With our annual birds, I’ve revived an old tradition of making birds from horn. The first bird was designed by Hornvarefabrikken’s founder, Peder Husted, who made a penguin in the 1950s. Since then, a turtledove was added, and now the first annual bird, where I’ve drawn inspiration from a peace dove.
