If you want to replace a product, please use the following instructions:

This is how you create a request for product replacement:

Choose the Product ‘’Replace product’’ in our Webshop. You don’t have to put any products in your shopping basket, only the desired shipment method for the replacement product. In the commentary field at the check out menu, you write the product that you want instead.
We recommend that you send the product as a package, because we can trace it afterwards.
When you receive a Track & Trace number, please send it to info@hornvarefabrikken.dk
We will send the new products to the address that was registered when the request was opened on our webshop.
