If you want us to repair or polish your horn products, please use the guide below:
BEFORE YOU ORDER
1. Please send us a picture of the product to info@hornvarefabrikken.dk - before you order the 'repair-product'. We will advise you regarding the repair-process when we receive the picture. Sometimes we cannot save/repair the products.
HOW TO ORDER:
1. We recommend you to send the parcel with a courier to:

2. Please send Track&Trace-number to boevling@hornvarefabrikken.dk
3. Repair time is about 1-2 month.
4. We will return the product to the address on the order confirmation.

- VAT/TAX: Customers outside EU must add value to 0 EUR, and clearly mark the parcel/letter/order confirmation with 'NO COMMERCIAL VALUE/REPAIR'
- Hornvarefabrikken is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels.
- Delivery costs it not included.
